Today is the dayyyyyyyyyyy!
The day we collectively start making ourselves and our wellness a priority.
It is day one of the free two week accountability challenge I am lovinly naming the “The Abundant Living Challenge”. My hope is that after two weeks of growling, learning, moving and consuming more plants together we will all feel abundant in every area of our lives!
To have an abundance of something is to have more than you need. It’s often used to describe positive qualities, such as “an abundance of love.” Abundance is the opposite of scarcity. An abundance of wealth is a ton of cash.
Who WOULDN’T want abundance in their lives??
SO, lets dust off those books we have always wanted to read, pull out our running shoes, set up a quiet area in our bedroom or living room for yoga, or jumping jacks, or stretching and LETS get ready to be inspired by the way we are going to show up for ourselves.
