This project has turned out to be an inexpensive and stylish fix to our multifunctional living room and you guys wanted to know how to recreate a similar look at your home.
This room is hard working and functions as our living room, our family room and our all-the-time-playroom.

Although to the naked eye this room looks neutral and light, every closed door would reveal SO. MUCH. COLOUR.
Those built-ins are filled with toys!!!!
Also, since storage is a priority here, that whicker chest is also full of train tracks and those side tables found HERE double as a place for my daughters art supplies.
Our space may resemble a room that is neutral and light, but it is actually stuffed full of so much childhood goodness. If you are craving organization and a plethora of closed up storage this January then this project is for you!!
We created our first YouTube tutorial to explain everything. *Be kind*
See first hand how this space transformed from a gutted room without drywall into a very functional family friendly space with the addition of this built-in.
Everyone around here approves of this project.
And can you believe that this project comes in for under $700!??
We kept our budget down by shopping the clearance section at Ikea and would recommend to do so as well in order to stick to this budget.
