Crockpot Tacos {come home to a warm dinner without the work!}

It is summer and that means spending more time at the beach and less time in the kitchen.
One of the best parts about coming home from the beach, sun kissed, tired, and hungry is when you walk into a cooled home and smell the wafting aroma of a warm dinner.
Crock pot Tacos are the perfect ending to a Summers day.
The perfect warm dinner.
You can throw everything into a slow cooker before you leave for the day and you come home to a hot meal ready for your family to devour.
Sold.
And WHO doesn’t like tacos?!
I knew that tacos was a meal my kids would devour — and fast.
So, I derived a recipe to make it easier on me.
This quick recipe allows us to chop up a tomato and a head of ice burg lettuce and EAT in five minutes after coming home from a long summers day full of fun.

I simply chopped a medium sized white onion, put it into a slow cooker along with a frozen tube of lean ground beef.
I mixed it along with some spices and turned my crock pot on for 6 hours on low heat.
Here is exactly what you will need to make your own crock pot tacos:
 Ingredients:
1 pound of lean ground beef
1 medium white onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs salt
1 tbs ground chili
1 chipotle chili
1 tbs adobo from the can
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp thyme

The crock pot meat for your tacos will be moist and delicious after six hours; it will be full of flavor and yet you wont have to do much now to get the entire meal on your table.
Coming home after a day of fun in the sun, you will have an immediate smile on your face at the first greeting smell of Mexican cuisine.
Add your taco toppings along with your crock pot Mexican beef and relax with the family — with out the rush of preparing supper.

NOW you can sit back with your loved ones and enjoy an easy summer meal.
Deliciousness along with little prep is the perfect combination for an enjoyable summer meal.
Crock pot tacos is whats for dinner!!!
I hope you enjoy this easy and delicious family friendly recipe as much as OUR family does!
