Bedside tables REVEALED!

The sun decided to come out of hiding for us today.
Everyone, it seems, is on a natural happiness high from all of the vitamin D surging through our depleted systems!
But that is glorious February for you!
I can’t believe we are into the month of February already!
Up here in Canada, I look forward to February.
It is a month when the sun stays up longer and longer and the sunshine seems to get brighter and brighter. Today was on of those days. Such perfect sunlight, and I knew just what I had to do.
Make my bed.
Make my bed, so I could show you just how happy I am with our Ikea-Rast-hacks that are now on either side of our bed.
I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out and the deal we got on the gorgeous sparkly hardware that adorn them now.
It took a while to decide exactly how we wanted to change them, which we talked about here; but thanks to all of your suggestions it made our decision so much easier!
So, these pictures are brought to you by the letter “S”; for sneak peek, sunshine and sleep.
We love them, and find the night tables to be the perfect height for our tall bed.
(Still allowing me room to stuff shoes, laundry and everything else under the heightened bed.)
Have I mentioned I love bed skirts too??
I do.
I also, cannot wait to show you the rest of the pictures of the Ikea-Rast-hack and how the little plain dressers evolved. I will also give you the tour of our master, otherwise known as the smallest master bedroom on earth, too. Stay tuned!
Have a happy Tuesday friends!

You did them! They look gorgeous! I've been wanting to hack the same ones since we have such a tall bed as well. They look gorgeous!

Ohhh, I am so glad you like them Amanda! You should do them soon! They are not a hard project, and they really are the perfect height for a taller bed. 🙂 Talk soon.
